What’s New at Machen McChesney July 2019

New Staff Members:

Emma Slay

June 24, 2019, Emma Slay joined Machen McChesney as a staff accountant. Her focus is on business tax returns and audit of governmental entities. Emma is a graduate of Auburn University with a BSBA in Accounting and minors in Economics and Spanish. Emma enjoys hiking and playing several instruments in her spare time, including guitar and fiddle.

Marshall Brown 

June 24, 2019, Marshall joined Machen McChesney as a staff accountant. His principal areas will focus on individual and small business taxation. Marshall is a graduate of Auburn University with a Masters and B.S. in Accounting. Marshall enjoys playing golf and tennis.

July 10, 2019: Machen McChesney helping to save lives through blood donations to the LifeSouth Blood Mobile.

July 12, 2019: Machen McChesney participated in the Auburn Oaks Sporting Clay Tournament.

Jully 18, 2019: Machen McChesney was a sponsor for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce Best of Small Business awards. We had the privilege of recognizing the emerging business winner. Congratulations to Kim and Brian Wirth, owners of The Collegiate Hotel at Auburn.

July 23, 2019: Machen McChesney participated in a back to school supply drive supporting the Knee-High Foundation.
